Ms. Mercy Wangai

Ms. Mercy Wangai has over 28 years of program business administrative experience. Throughout her career, she has served in various capacities but mainly administrative assistant to the director. this is a position she has served with the Jesuit Refugee council as well as the children of God relief Institute. in these two organization, she has served for more than 20 years giving her and great understanding in organizational governance, management and politic thereof.

The two organizations serve community most vulnerable or and terminally ill people and as such Ms. Wangai brings great value in understanding the needs of vulnerable people and serving them with compassion.

In addition to her administrative duties, Ms. Wangai is a specialist in resource mobilization as this once of the core function of the director office where she has served for over 20 years. Se hold an advanced diploma in Business management as well as diploma and a certificate on the same giving her a remarkable command on the subject.

Ms. Wangai has a certificate on Sustainable leadership for Foresight; An Australian organization. In addition to her formal engagement, Ms Wangai hold various leadership in women development grouping a position which has seen her capacity build numerous household economic resilience of several households in Nairobi informal settlements such as Kangemi among others.
