Rev. Elisha Mwanzia Nguna

Rev. Elisha Mwanzia Nguna is a church minister with over 35 years of service. In addition to serving in church Rev. Elisha is a renown football coach and a youth mentor. He has served in his ministry with the youth mentor for close to 30 years. He began his ministry as a youth leader serving under the Kenya Assemblies of God KAG. Later he joined the living waters ministry as a pastor. While serving as pastor he doubled and served at Garment of Praise Foundation as a football coach and a rehabilitation officer for youth abusing drugs.

Later in 2017 he left his role in Garment of praise but continued with is calling towards the youth under substance abuse up to date a role that he sometimes carries using his resources. Rev. Elisha has rehabilitated over 2000 youth some of whom has joined him to support his ministry towards the youth. In his capacity as a coach he has a wealth of knowledge and experience across football in Kenya. In Matungulu sub-county he has a following of over 120 football teams both boy and girl.

Rev. Elisha is a cofounder of Not I But Christ Ministries (NIBC) 1994, where he served in various capacities until he was ordained a bishop in the year 2014. Rev Elisha serves as an Administrative Bishop to the ministries in addition to his pastoral duties.

Rev. Elisha bring his Passion for the youth in Zaria. He is the driver behind the waves of change a project whose aim is to rehabilitate youth addicted to alcohol and other substances. The projects uses sports and other youth activities to reach them with a massage of love and Gods’ Good plan for their lives.
